Hi Tamjid,
Your TIFF file has a Compression value of 0, which is not normally valid (at
least, I couldn't find any information on a value of zero anywhere). Your
data appears to be uncompressed, which is supposed to record a value of 1 in
the Compression field. This is probably a bug in the software used to
generate the TIFF file.
I have committed a fix to Bio-Formats that allows the Bio-Formats Importer
plugin to successfully read your TIFF file. To try it, download the latest
trunk build of loci_tools.jar from:
http://www.loci.wisc.edu/bio-formats/imagejPlease let us know if it does not work for you, and we would be happy to
