Unstructured fibers

Hello

Thanks to everybody for your advices for vesicles segmentation.
I am testing plugins.

I have another problem : I would want to separate intact fibers (green), unstructured fibers (brown) and  connective tissue (blue)on this type of picture and colorize them.
Can you help me ?
