Upgrade of FIJI - unexected outcome

Colin Rickman-3
Hi

I just upgraded FIJI to the latest version using the updater. The control window now says OpenSPIM at the top and the dock icon is a breadboard. Closing FIJI and th dock icon goes back to normal. Selecting about ImageJ gives the  following error in a console:

[INFO] Reading IFDs
[INFO] Populating metadata
[INFO] Checking comment style
[WARNING] Expected positive value for PhysicalSizeX; got 0.0
[WARNING] Expected positive value for PhysicalSizeY; got 0.0
[WARNING] Expected positive value for PhysicalSizeX; got 0.0
[WARNING] Expected positive value for PhysicalSizeY; got 0.0

along with the version information 2.0.0-rc-34/1.50a Build 927ecc3c7a

They are also a number of other errors popping up when running plugins although nothing catastrophic. Operating system is OS X 10.10.4.

It seems that you have activated the OpenSPIM update site.
You can run 'Help > Update...', click on 'Manage update sites' and
uncheck the lines with 'OpenSPIM' (and possibly also
'Micromanager-dev'), then 'Close' and 'Apply changes' to get back to a
"normal" Fiji installation.

Hope that helps,
Jan
