Upside Down Peaks

Good evening. I'm trying to calculate the area for my protein gel bands. When I draw the rectangle and try to plot the lanes, the peaks are upside down. How do you correct it? Thank you.

Check the box in the Gel options that says "reverse lut"

Check (or uncheck if already checked) "Invert peaks" in Analyze>Gels>Gel Analyzer Options.
