Use imageJ to analyze the lamellar orientation?

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know if ImageJ can analyze the lamellar orientations and sizes (get the similar result as the first screenshot shows in attachement)? I expect the software to be able to "pick up" the lines/curves; count the number of the lines/curves and measure the angle between the line/curves and the horizontal line. I attached 2 images.
