Using 3D Manager in macros with batchmode

Ofra Golani
Hi,

Is it possible to use 3D Manager in macros in batch mode ?
Specifically how can I  AddImage to the 3D manager and then use Measure3D and Quantif3D in BatchMode ?

Thanks,

Ofra

Hi Ofra,

Do you mean using 3DManager in a macro or in batch mode without gui ? In
macro it is working quite well, you can find some examples here :

http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:stacks:3d_roi_manager:start

In batch mode, without displaying the ImageJ gui interface, I assume it
should work, never tried ;) .

Best,

Thomas

Re: Using 3D Manager in macros with batchmode

Rocco D'Antuono
Dear Thomas, is there in the macro functions a command equivalent to "Live Roi" in the "RoiManager3D 3.6"?
I cannot get exactly the same behaviour simply using "Ext.Manager3D_Select(i)" command.
Thanks,
best regards,
