I am trying to do deconvolution on imagej
But i am not sure how to proceed it
I found deconvolutionlab plugins and it has to have psf
How do i proceed it?
I just opened up my 200 of image stacks and ran psf_generator.
And then what am i supposed to do?
Do i need to save psf file? if i do how can i save it and run deconvolutionlab?
