Hi everyone,
First post here. This is an ImageJ 101 question, but I'm a beginner. Here's my situation. I'm working on a project tracking head movement. I took 5 seconds (300 frames per second) of video of my friend's head moving with a tracking dot on his forehead. I taped a yard stick on the wall behind his head for scale. I want to use ImageJ to find the x,y coordinates of the dot as his head moves. How do I do this? Are there any online tutorials that would help me? Thanks!
