Viewing stacks

Dave Allen
Hi guys,
I have a series of images that I want to project one after another like a movie - sis there any way of doing this. I have stacked them but then need to manually scroll through the images to see them.

Thanks
Dave

Use the Image->Stacks->Animation Options command dialog:

http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/docs/menus/image.html#stacks

Use this dialog to set the animation speed in frames per second, set the starting and ending frame (1.38 or later), or to enable "oscillating" animation. In ImageJ 1.38 or later, you can press alt plus backslash to display this dialog.

You can then save this animation using the File->Save As->...Avi command:

http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/docs/menus/file.html#saveas
