Hi there,
I'm a basic user and a beginner at Fiji (ImageJ). Recently I'm using the plugin developed by Johannes for the Voronoi-Delaunay analysis in nanomaterials, where the plugin is used to check the order in an assembled
film. It works well and I'm able to see both the Voronoi cells and the Delaunay triangulation.
There is a problem though, with trying to overlay the selected points with the generated Voronoi cells and Delaunay triangles on the original SEM image. There is the results output dialog box that pops up with a set of coordinates (x1, y1, x2, y2), but other than this there is nowhere else that gives a clue on how to save the results. I've tried the generic overlay function but it does not work, neither does the stacking function. Saving the image in any form also does not include the Voronoi cells.
In addition, is there any place where the colours of the Voronoi cells and Delaunay triangles can be selected or changed?
I've browsed through the forum but there is nothing that addresses my very noob and basic questions.
Hope someone can give me some advice regarding these few issues!
