Website appears down

The website appears to be down. One cannot see anything when visiting
http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/. And one cannot successfully open sample images
from within ImageJ. According to an automated build script of ours this
started being a problem at about 4:00 am US CST time.

Our facilities staff did some maintenance to our air conditioning system last night.  All servers are now back online, though temps are still quite hot around here.  Let me know if your scripts are still having trouble.
