Wireframe Model of a 3D Image stack

Does ImageJ have the capability to produce a wireframe image of a 3D Image stack? If not what tools can I use to create a wireframe model from a 3D Image stack? I would appreciate any help on this.

Look inside this plugin:

http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/surface-plot-3d.html

if you rotate the image it is drawing a wireframe to improve performance.
