Wrong output in Measure/Analyze Particle function

gankaku
Hi all,

I just noticed and wanted to report that in the newest IJ v1.47o as well as up to the daily built from today there is a output error in the measure/analyze particle function which results in always the first row showing only "1" in the second column and no further values. For the analyze particle command the rest of the measurements is displayed correctly. This error did not occur in v1.47n to my knowledge and going back to an older version (v1.46r) did solve the problem in my case. Therefore, a computer specific problem can rather be excluded.

regards,
Jan

This only happens when "Stack position" is active in "Analyze > Set
Measurements...", as has also been reported by Claudio Collinet here:

http://fiji.sc/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=597

A temporary workaround is to downgrade via "Help > Update ImageJ..."

Cheers,
Jan

This regression is fixed in ImageJ 1.47p, which is now available via the Help>Update ImageJ command.
