Dear list members,
there is a strange zooming behavior on the second monitor of my dual monitor
PC WinXP system (NVIDIA Quadro NVS 285 graphics card, monitors 1280x1024
pixels each, second monitor extends desktop):
I tried with small images (160x160 pixels):
Zooming in with the left mouse button enlarges the image window if on left
monitor (#1) up to a size not interfering with other ImageJ windows (main
window is ignored).
On the right monitor, even with blank background only and the small image in
the upper left corner, zooming in from 100% initial zoom level does not
enlarge the canvas, but zooms the image and displays the blue zoom subregion
location borders inside the canvas. Zooming out below 100% resizes the
canvas, but zooming in again does not re-enlarge the canvas again, even at a
zoom level below 100%.
This is the case with both ImageJ 1.42o (Macbiophotonics package) and 1.43b
(Fiji package).
Best,
Guenter
