Dear ImageJ-Users,
I got some problems with MRI .dcm data which are partially shifted. Thanks to ImageJ and the nice Tudor Plug-In I can translate them for about 3mm in x and y direction and also export again as .dcm. The Problem I can´t solve is at the moment, that in the new exported files the pixel values changed from 0.75 to 0.5 and the hole bone geometry got smaller. This actually happens also when I don´t shift the files and only export them via the Plug-In (I need to do this also for the slides which are correct so the header is similar) . So may question would be, why is the Plug-In to export .dcm change my original header and also the information of the pixel size vanishes?
