I am stuck with analyzing one-dimensional electrophoretic gel (
http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/docs/menus/analyze.html#gels)
Method:
Selecting Analyze>Gels>Select First Lane (or press "1") and the lane was
outlined and "Lane 1 selected" displayed in the status bar.
but: Moving the rectangular selection right to the next lane (or down if
the lanes are horizontal) and selecting Analyze>Gels>Select Next Lane (or
press "2").--------------I tried selecting multiple lanes but not able to
select. If I will press 2 it was showing previous lane ----------
*I am not able to select multiple lanes **to generate the lane profile
plots.*
Any advice or help would be much appreciated.
