analyze stack 16-bit signed format

Hello,

For a simulation in VGate (Geant4 scripted environment), I need to write
an image stack of 16-bit signed integers (ct-values ranging from -1024
to ) with a calibration curve in analyze 7.5 format.
Is there a way to do that? It seems to me ImageJ does not preserve the
calibration curve when a Analyze stack is written (i tried to do the
same in tif, and this works, but is not usable for vgate).
