segmentation editor - selecting regions for labeling: T button do not respond

Hi,

I'm trying to use the segmentation editor but I have a problem to select the
regions for labeling.
I circle the region of interest and then click the "T" button (threshold).
According to the tutorial another window should be opened - but it doesn't..
Is their another way to define the region of interest?

Even i face similar problem.
After selection of an region in segmentation editor and upon clicking the local threshold selector button ('T') i could not get the window to vary the threshold. May i know how do i get it as shown in the following demo video
