Hi there,
i am a new user of ImageJ; the problem i faced is the impossibility to record the action of the curve fitting function. i would like to fit one of the availlable functions when doing Analyze>Tools>Curve Fitting... no succes when trying to automate the action in a macro. Could anybody help me, please? Hi Michael,
I have already seen this link but no succes. I am trying to understand what is x and what is y; i supposed that x were the pixel values of my prior image and y the new values. if it is the case, i don't know how to compute that. Hi Parfait,
what is it that you want to do: Just curve fitting or calibrating your image values? Curve fitting: x is the independent variable, y are the values that you want to fit by a function. Calibrating the image: this is Analyze>Calibrate, not Analyze>Tools>Curve Fitting, and can be recorded by the Macro Recorder.
