dear imagej community,
i am posing a question, that might be trivial. i want to analyse stacks of
fluorescence microscopy images as a function of time (50-500 time points).
the images are pretty diffuse and the points of interest are only 2*2, 3*3
or 4*4 pixels. only small parts in the image will react. i would like to
have an automated routine that moves a 2by, 3by3 or 4by4 mask over the
image, determines the time course at any point and store the fluo_intensity
vs. time curves in a 3-d array.
is there any such plugin available?? or an advice, how to produce it
without too much programming effort.
best regards
