batch 3d object processing

Parker, Anson (adp6j)
Hi,
I've got 1000 directories, each containing 18 photos.  Each photo is a picture of an object taken every 20 degrees.  I am looking for a way to stitch these together and output some sort of 3d file be it quicktime, vrml, etc… I've tried vr worx however it doesn't really do batch work well (or I don't understand it well) and I'm hoping there's an answer in ImageJ – any thoughts?  Any other recommended softwares?  Am focused on open source, somewhat willing to hear about alternatives though
All the best and thank you,
Anson

We've got a solution that outputs QuickTimeVR object files from input
images.  What format are you working from? How named in sequence?

Hi Bill,
Thanks for your reply - we're working with JPG
The directories move like
artifacts0001
....
artifacts1001

Inside are the following files

artifacts00001_1.JPG
artifacts00001_2.JPG
artifacts00001_3.JPG
...
artifacts00001_18.JPG

These are color photos, hadn't realized that might matter
