Hello,
I would like to track blocks of pixels through a stack of images. I have
heard of a simple (so they say) technique called "minimum sum of
absolute differences". I have looked in the existing ImageJ plugins but
did not find any that seems to do that job. Would anyone beware of any
resource that could help me doing that? (I am an ImageJ user but I'm not
familiar with writing plugins, only macros).
