calibrate time-series image photobleaching in ImageJ

Liu, Dongfang (NIH/NIAID) [F]
Hi All,

I have time-series image which tracks the intensity as a function of time. There is photobleaching in my time-series image stack. Because I tracked the intensity of non-signal region, there is obvious decay of intensity. I think such photobleaching must affect the intensity of signal region. Do you know how to correct photobleaching in ImageJ? In other words, how to avoid my signals are affected by photobleaching? How to calibrate it?

Thanks.
Don

Have a look here :
http://www.macbiophotonics.ca/imagej/t.htm#t_bleach

In the MBF distribution of ImageJ, there is a plugin that is using an
exponentional decay to model bleach. There is also a macro from Jens
Rietdorf, however the link seems to be broken :

Hi Christophe,

Thank you for your kind reply.
Could you please send me the plugin called 'T-function'? I cannot find it in the ImageJ website.

Thank you very much!

Best regards
Don
