calibration curve

i'm confused by this dialogue :

"the left column must contain a list of measured mean pixel values and the
right column must contain the same number of calibration standard values"

.. i understand the left column, but what exactly is going in the right
column?

Hi Brian,

why not read the documentation first?

There you will also find a link to an example explaining the
calibration procedure.
So in other words, the right column should contain the
calibrated values that the (raw) pixel values correspond to.
