My question is: can I use the colocalization softtware to analyze the
contact surface between 2 different cell types? there is no actual
colocalisation there because the markers I am using are 100% specific for
each of the cell types. When I lower the threshold , the colocalization
mask reflects the contact surface, but I'm not sure if that's correct.
Is there any other (more appropriate) software to measure contact surface?
