Hi Experts,
I have a question about the colocalization threshold plugin. What I am looking for is the slope of the fitted line in the scatter plot, which shows the intensity ratio of the two fluorescent channels. Obviously it works very well for a pair of images. I am wondering if this plugin also works for a stack of images (or two stacks of images, one for each channel)? When I applied this plugin to a stack of images, it seemed that it did go through the whole stack, but only returned one slope. What I want is a slope for each image in the whole stack. Any idea how this might work for a stack? Thanks so much!
