Hello,
I'm using imageJ for color analysis, quantifying histo-chemical stainings.
The collected images are tif color images.
I made several attempts and I wonder what is the difference between a
tif color image and its composite RGB counterpart ?
For example, when I run "analyse particule" over a colour segmented tif
color image, it is impossible to specify particule size, but this works
fine when I use the composite RGB.
I tried google allready, but would appreciate some hints about those
questions and color space.
Thanks,
Fabrice.
