Dear all,
I was wondering whether there is a good algorithm to connect disconnected
arcs or lines. I am working on segmentation of ellipse like objects, after
the threshold process I am only getting disconnected arcs; currently i am
doing dilation and erosion on the binary image to close shapes. But was
wondering if there is something else for this matter. Googling didn't help
me much.
