correct 3D drift

Paola Lepanto
Hello, I´ve been trying to use the plugin Correct 3D drift. After completion of the task and the display of the corrected stack, it is not possible to save it as tiff. I´ve tryed even with small stacks (<1Gb), using 7Gb RAM assigned to Fiji.
Thanks in advance
Paola

Hi Paola,

The best ways to get support for the Correct 3D Drift command are:

A) Post your question on forum.image.sc, mentioning @tischi; or
B) File an issue at https://github.com/fiji/Correct_3D_Drift/issues

Regards,
Curtis

Have you tried the Image.sc Forum? https://forum.image.sc/

Hi Paola,
Have you tried to save it as an image sequence? That means a series of
2D images, one file per image, into a folder. Then to read it back as
a stack (or virtual stack), use the "File - Import - Image Sequence",
or drag and drop the folder onto ImageJ.
Albert
