creating a geometry/mesh from stack of CT images

Jacob Sebastian Mealy
Hi,

I am trying to create a mesh or geometry from a stack of microCT images of
a tissue engineering scaffold to use in a Fluent fluid dynamics model. So
the ideal output would be a mesh (.msh) file that Fluent can read directly
or a geometry file that I can import into ANSYS Workbench and mesh from
there. Can this be done with ImageJ and, if so, what plugins would I need?

If it can't be done, maybe you could recommend some alternative programmes?

Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards
