cut frames out

Dear all,

i'm using imagej for the first time and i need some help please. I just want to cut out certain frames from my video, e.g. my video have 6000 Frames but i need only frame 2000 to 3000 for my work!

The plugin "Substack Maker" in the "Stacks - Reducing" Set allows you to
specify a slice range (2000-3000).

There should be a lot of video editing software that can meet your needs. Have you tried using some third-party video editing tools? For example, Adobe Premier TunesKit AceMovi and Davinci Resolve. These tools have video cropping and keyframing functions.
