Hi,
I am abslutely new to imageJ and have the task to retrieve spheres from a series of images and track them.
What plugin would you recomment for this task?
I am thinking about using a series of plugins, namely the "granulometric filter" on the series of images and the "particle tracker". Is it possible to write a script in order to automate the workflow?
I still suffer the problem that the "granulometric filter" has to know the size of the sphere (I have varying sizes) and only acts on one picture of a whole stack.
Any recommendations?
