dpi Values are not recognized by ImageJ

Hello,

I have several TIFF-Files scanned by a VIDAR Film Scanner, due to a TWAIN Plugin with ImageJ.

IrfanView and Windows recognize the correct dpi Value from every scanned film (see picture 1 and 2).
But ImageJ don't show them (Image/Show Info...).







Someone got an idea?
