Hi Nic,
I've tried all of that and still getting the same error message.
I've tried uninstalling imageJ entirely and reinstalling it, but still
get the same error?

Are you use a ImageJ bundled with Java or without it?
Less than one month ago a try to install the plugin with the first
version (not bundle one, Windows XP) and I remember that works (I follow
instruction into zip)
