failure of "compile and run"

I am trying to execute Compile and Run from the plugins menu but get the
error message that the javac compiler is not installed.

This happens despite downloading and installing ImageJ bundled with JDK
(ij37-jdk15-setup).
Do I first have to uninstall Java2 (V1.5.0)?
