I have a rat kidney dataset :

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2810011/Kidney_Vascular_Structure.avi .I need to know Is these two features accessible: The first is kidney volume and kidney vasculature volume and ratio between them, and the second ratio between length of daughter branches(I mean the parent vessel bifurcate between two daughter branches, what is the ratio between length of them?)Any help greatly appreciated.
