how to analyze same pixel coordinates accross numbers of frames?

Hello all,

I'm user of Image J, it's excellent.
Now, I got a challenge I need to analyze same pixel coordinates accross numbers of frames?
by use stdev and average function to get both results for each pixel coordinates.
could anyone can help to provide the code?  ( image format is 16 bit raw, result log in txt file.)
