have microscope pictures of the particles but they are not circular or elipse. I want to attache the picture of particles to this message, but i couldn't. If there is anyone can help me i can send the picture of image directly.How should i process the image?I applied the following steps while procesing the image:
* make binary
*erode
*fill holes
*watershed
*analyze particles
Please help me for missing or wrong steps.
