ij.jar 1.51v28 Duplicate command stopped working.

Hi, in the latest version of the ij.jar 1.51v28 (linux, 64-bit, Java 1.6), the
Duplicate command does not work anymore.

It does work in 1.51u54, not sure in other versions in between.

Hi Gabriel,

Duplicate works for me with that version and Java 1.8_144 on MACOS.
