Dear Vinay,
Metamorph has been changing the format of the nd file: I've updated the nd stack builder plugin so that it handles both old and new version, but didn't released it yet. I'll send it to you off-list. Hi Vinay,
Any solutions other than the nd stack builder? >> > Bio-Formats includes support for Metamorph's ND format. Give it a shot and let us know if you run into any problems. We are very interested in non-working sample data, especially if Metamorph has been changing the ND format lately. http://www.loci.wisc.edu/ome/formats-imagej.html Cheers, Curtis On Mon, Feb 16, 2009 at 2:44 PM, Vinay Singh <[hidden email]> wrote: > >> HI I am using the nd Stack builder plugin on a data set collected with >> metamorph Multidimensional acquisition.
