Dear all:
I would like to co-register microPET and MRI images. The
dimensions of PET and MRI images are 256*256*63 (pixel
sizes:0.4226*0.4226*1.21) and 128*128*128 (pixel
sizes:0.3125*0.3125*0.3125) respectively. To facilitate registration,
I am thinking to
1. reslice the dimensions to make both PET and MRI same dimensions
(but different pixel sizes)
2. adjust pixel sizes to make both images same pixel sizes (but
different dimensions)
3. make both images same dimensions and pixel sizes
4. not change dimensions and pixel sizes and go ahead to do co-registration
Could anyone tell me which way is better? I really appreciate your help.
