dear All,
I know almost nothing about ImageJ
It was highly recommended to me though
I work in research that is generally unrelated to image analysis, but
right now I have a task to perform.
I have total body CT scan - a few subjects.
Tasks:
- I need to measure body surface area - I guess it could be done based
on 3D reconstruction based on the number of the slices;
- I need to measure visceral fat and subcutaneous fat; also based on
multiple slices.
question:
- what is the best way (most automated) to do it?
I realize that I may use improper language to ask these specific
questions. I will really appreciate any advice
