I use Fiji but it worked fine when I used to use it with imageJ
I put the Tia reader plugin in the pluggins folder. It automatically
appears in the in-out folder on the restart.
However it is not automatically drag and drop compatible. It needs to be
clicked on to open files.
I have a macro (on a previous post) if you want to convert a whole folders
worth. In ImageJ you can easily add it to the the 'handle extra file types'
(can't remember the name as not in FIJI sorry) so it is drag and droppable.
