Hi all,
I am trying to use interactive stack rotation to correct the angle of the
sample. I took the image with 3 channels in Zeiss confocal, and have the
file save in czi. I am able to open the file and open the interactive stack
rotation in Fiji; however, when I tried to rotate the image, there is only
one channel can be rotated. I am not able to rotate the whole image as a
composite (3 channel all together). Any suggestion for this?
