My fault! I forgot that one can also do watersahed using the Find Maxima
command. :-/
I think it would be very useful to expand the help pages regarding this
command for instance adding some images and more detail (if you have
registered in the wiki):
http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/imagej-documentation-wiki/gui-commands/binaryI have a suggestion: the Find Maxima command has a "Light Background" option.
Would it be better if the procedure used instead the option set in
Process>Binary>Options>Black Background (so one has less options that seem
contradict each other). Does this make sense?
