There is no easy way, unfortunately. There is a fork of ImageJ 1.x called
SalsaJ [1] that has been translated to several other languages including
Chinese, but unfortunately it is not open source.
With the ImageJ2 project [2], one of the things we want to provide is
support for i18n, but we have not yet worked on it seriously since there
are many other priorities first.
