Hi All,
I'm trying to open a mnc file from:
http://www.mouseimaging.ca/mnc/mouse_embryo_atlas/final.model.mnc<
http://www.mouseimaging.ca/technologies/mouse_atlas/mouse_embryo_atlas.html>
in Fiji. Although it opens, the 3D grey-level object looks incorrect - you can see the outline of the object but the volume simply looks like noise. Any explanations/fixes for this please?
