In the ImageJ conference I heard that the macro language can't use
multidimensional arrays, which is true.
Considering that Javascript is now fully supported in ImageJ, I have
written a short overview of using arrays in Javascript:

Hope you find it useful, and that it will convince you to *not* use
macros except for the very small tasks at which macros excel.
