Hi Floyd,
Regarding your question: I have had this question several times with the
previous version of NeuronJ, and it was always due to an incorrect
installation. The important thing to know is that when you extract the
zip-file which you downloaded from my website, you should keep the folder
structure (the folder structure in the plugins folder of ImageJ after
extracting should be the same as the folder structure in the zip-file).
HOWEVER, with the latest version of NeuronJ, everything is packed into a
single jar-file and this problem should no longer occur.
Please have a look again at the NeuronJ website (and carefully read the
release notes, especially how to uninstall the previous version).
Best regards and good luck,
Erik
