Hello,
I am having trouble retaining the metadata on acquisition delay (i.e. the time between frames) when I open my files as .cxd (original format) or as multipage tiffs, using the Image J bioformats importer. I've tried hyperstack, and data browser etc. on the viewing options. Image J successfully displays other metadata, but for the time delay it just says 0.00000. Has anyone got any information which could help me? Thanks, Jane ***************************************************************************************** To view the terms under which this email is distributed, please go to http://www.hull.ac.uk/legal/email_disclaimer.html ***************************************************************************************** |

Would you be willing to send us a sample CXD dataset, including what the acquisition delay value should be, so that we can fix the problem?
